Dr. Tan Min On is a Consultant Radiologist (Chest, Cardiac, and Body Imaging & AI) and Co-founder & Director of Mednex. Holding credentials including MBBS, BMedSc, FRCR, MMed, FAMS, and an EMBA, he pairs clinical excellence with business strategy — focused on harnessing AI to enhance diagnostic accuracy, training, and operational efficiency across healthcare and SME settings.
Dr. Tan's work centres on harnessing AI and building agentic AI systems that augment clinical and operational workflows. His efforts span AI-assisted diagnosis, RAG-LLM chatbots for productivity, AI-readiness curricula, and the design of autonomous agent pipelines that translate operational data into actionable, goal-directed automation. He is a recognised regional speaker across Asia-Pacific, with published research spanning AI-assisted diagnosis, cardiac CT, and prostate MRI.
As Co-founder & Director of Mednex (established February 2025), Dr. Tan leads an AI consulting and implementation firm that has built and maintains multiple active platforms — including roster.monster, hcnxt.com, spritesprout.com, frcrai.com, and kiampark.com. A multiple-time recipient of teaching and education awards, he remains active in medical education and professional service through the College of Radiologists and the Singapore Radiological Society.
